The Tribal Health Physical Therapy department and the Tribal Health Fitness Center crews have teamed up to offer an ACL Injury Prevention Class!

The program is free, runs ~25 minutes/session, and consists of a warm-up, as well as specific stretches, strengthening and plyometrics exercises, and sport-specific agility drills to target potential deficits in the strength and coordination of the stabilizing muscles around the knee joint.
If you are a local athlete and you're looking to reduce your risk of injuring your ACL this summer, please join us beginning May 4th at 3:30pm at the Mission Fitness Center gym
