Services Provided:

Tribal Health medical services include primary health care across the Flathead Reservation. Recipients’ medical needs are met through integration of services across Tribal Health’s rich network. Tribal Health Medical Clinics provide health care services for the whole family—newborns to elders. Such services include:

Wellness and preventative care:

• Well child exams
• Adult preventative exams
• Sports, employment, school, firefighting, DOT, and other required physical exams
• Immunizations for children,adolescents, and adults

Chronic disease management:

• Diabetes care, coordinated with a multi-disciplinary Diabetes Care Team
• Cardiovascular disease
• Pulmonary disease including asthma and COPD
• Chronic arthritis conditions
• Other diseases requiring regular medical visits

Urgent and acute care for injury or illness

Family planning including women’s and men’s routine health screening, contraception education and management

Nurse consultation for health-related questions, concerns, or issues

Clinical pharmacy consultation for medication management

Basic x-ray imaging and laboratory services

Basic office procedures:

• Laceration repair
• Simple skin biopsy
• Mole and wart removal
• Joint injections

Coordination of referred care to specialists

Visiting specialty care on a set schedule:

• Podiatry
• Endocrinology
• Mobile MRI
