The Unified Command Center will be offering a free testing event for COVID-19 this week in four locations over four days.

This drive through event begins:

Wednesday at the Arlee Celebration grounds;

Thursday at Salish Kootenai College in the athletic complex parking lot;

Friday at Polson High School's parking lot; and

Saturday at the Elmo Standing Arrow grounds.

There is no need to call or make an appointment, just show up from 10 a.m to 6 p.m.

The first 250 people in line at each event will receive a $20 gift card and be entered into a grand prize of $500.

The test consists of a small swab put just past the entry part of the nose. Results take about seven days.

Minors are welcome but they must have a signed permission form from their parent or guardian. Forms are available at each site. The time to drive in, test while sitting in your car and leaving is expected to take less than 30 minutes.
