Services Provided:

Tribal Health fitness centers are resources for Tribal Health recipients to achieve increased physical health. All eligible recipients may use the fitness centers free of charge. Non-Tribal Health recipients may access the facilities by paying a monthly fee for services.

Tribal Health fitness centers deliver convenient access to equipment, classes, and health information, so Tribal Health recipients can participate year-round in aerobic and strength training activities.

Personal Trainers

Certified personal trainers operate Tribal Health fitness centers in Elmo and St. Ignatius, providing instruction on fitness equipment and activities to improve the health and wellness of the community.  Tribal Health personal fitness trainers can provide equipment demonstrations, fitness programs and group fitness programs, as well as InBody composition analysis methods to measure body fat and muscle mass.

Certified personal trainers can help recipients reach fitness goals by assisting with a custom workout program. Personal trainers will help guide recipients through their workout and challenge each individual to gain increased fitness, while providing support to help each recipient maximize the benefits of various regimens and equipment.
